A Pacific Northwest native, Dr. Estep was raised in Vancouver, Washington. He graduated magna cum laude in 1984 from Western Washington University receiving his undergraduate degree in Biology.
After a tour in the Peace Corp in Botswana, Africa, he attended the University of Washington School of Medicine and received his MD designation in 1992. Dr. Estep did his family practice residency at Tacoma Family Medicine and joined NCFP in 1995.
Dr. Estep is certified by the American Academy of Family Practice. One of six physicians doing Obstetrics at NCFP, Roger finds delivering babies and treating children most rewarding. He and his family reside in the heart of tulip country in the Skagit Valley. He enjoys gardening, bicycling and sharing the joys of childcare with his wife Leslie.
