Raised in Montana, Dr. Estep traveled to Washington to attend the University of Washington’s School of Engineering. She received her BS in Electrical Engineering in 1985 and after three years decided to attend medical school. She received her MD designation from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1992 and did her family practice residency at Tacoma Family Medicine.
Dr. Estep joined NCFP in 1995. She is certified by the American academy of Family Practice. Leslie forms a partnership with all her patients that she enhances through patient education. She enjoys treating the “entire family” from the young to the elderly. Married, with two small children and an active family life Leslie enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
