Born and raised in California, Dr. Traylor headed to the Northwest for medical school. He graduated from the University Washington Medical school in 1992 and did his Residency in Renton, Washington. Dr. Traylor is Board Certified through the American Academy of Family Practice.
He, his wife and their two children decided to settle in the Skagit Valley and he joined NCFP in July, 1995. Although he has chosen not to do obstetrics, Gil thoroughly enjoys treating patients of all ages, especially children. In addition to spending time with is family, he is an avid runner and enjoys spending time restoring the family home, a 1928 farmhouse.
