Dr. Al joined NCFP in 2004. He grew up in Yap, about 300 miles southwest of Guam. Yap is a very tiny island with a pop of 8000, some commercial fishing, but very underdeveloped overall.
Dr. Al went to the University of Hawaii for medical school, and did family practice residency at Penn State and is board-certified.
Outside of work, Dr. Al is married and has 3 children. He likes “the great outdoors” and also enjoys watching cartoons with his kids.
